TO : THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. AND THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COSTRAPHIL, VISAYAS CHAPTER

SUBJECT : 3rd VISAYAS CONGRESS AND ELECTION OF REGIONAL DIRECTORS ON NOVEMBER 28 TO 29, 2013 AT THE KANHURAW CONVENTION CENTER, TACLOBAN CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Visayas Chapter will hold its 3 rd Visayas Congress and Election of Regional Directors on November 28 to 29, 2013 at the Kanhuraw Convention Center, Tacloban City.

In connection therewith, the officers and members of COSTRAPHIL Visayas Chapter and the following COSTRAPHIL executive officers are hereby authorized to attend the 3 ld Visayas Congress and Election of Regional Directors on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
