TO: OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC.

SUBJECT: 11 th BIENNIAL SEMINAR-CONVENTION ON NOVEMBER 16-19, 2005 AT THE DYNASTY COURT HOTEL, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc., will hold its 11 th Biennial Seminar-Convention on November 16-19, 2005 at the Dynasty Court Hotel , Cagayan de Oro City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Fred A. Bien, National President of the Association shall submit a report on the attendance within ten (10) days after the said convention.
