TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT : 10th PROSAPHIL CONVENTION/SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 15 TO 17 APRIL 2015 AT THE SISON AUDITORIUM, CAPITOL COMPOUND, LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold the 10 th PROSAPHIL Convention/Seminar and Election of Officers on 15 to 17 April 2015 at the Sison Auditorium, Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar and election on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Mr. Eric H. Atienza, PROSAPHIL National President, shall submit a report on the convention/seminar and election with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 141-2014 dated 12 November 2014.
