ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC., LUZON CHAPTER

SUBJECT:

SUBJECT: 1ST LUZON CONGRESS ON 10 TO 11 JUNE 2010 IN BAGUIO CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Luzon Chapter will hold its 1st Luzon Congress on 10 to 11 June 2010 at the PFVR Gymnasium; Baguio City.

Aii concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Cesar C. Calpo, Vice-President for Luzon and President of Cavite Chapter of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the event.
