SUBJECT :

MONTHLY MEETING ON MAY 24, 2012 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE EL FISHER'S HOTEL, BACOLOD CITY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a monthly meeting on May 24, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. at the Ei Fisher's Hotel, Bacolod City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha A. Aquino, Secretary-General of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
