AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AND MISAMIS ORIENTAL IN THE COURSE ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION AND JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a 3-day Course on Court-Annexed Mediation and Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution to be held on March 8 to 10 2006, at the Pryce Plaza, Carmen Hill, Cagayan De Oro City.

The attendance of the participants in the conference shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
