SUBJECT : SEMINAR ENTITLED "PRINCIPLES OF COMPETITION POLICY AND LAW FOR JUDGES" ON 20 TO 23 MAY 2014 AT THE MARCO POLO HOTEL, CEBU CITY

The Department of Justice Office for Competition (DOJ-OFC), in partnership with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), under the auspices of the Project on Capability Building for a Comprehensive National Competition Policy Phase 2, will conduct a seminar entitled "Principles of Competition Policy and Law for Judges" on 20 to 23 May 2014 at the Marco Polo Hotel, Cebu City.

The JICA will shoulder the transportation, hotel accommodation and meal expenses of the participants. The above-named judges shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 70-2014 dated 12 May 2014.
