ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS

SUBJECT:

SUBMISSION OF INVENTORY REPORTS ON ELECTION CONTESTS

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Court En Bane dated April 2.7, 2010 in A.M. No. 10-4-1-SC, the courts shall "decide the election contest within thirty (30) days from the date the case is submitted for decision, in no case beyond six (6) months after its filing, unless the Supreme Court authorizes an extension in writing. Failure to comply with this timeline shall be considered a serious offense and shall be ground for disciplinary action against the judge."

In connection therewith, you are hereby directed to SUBMIT within ten (10) days from notice, an inventory of the election contests filed in your respective court, to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, using attached Form No. 1.

Thereafter, another inventory shall be submitted on or before December 31, 2010, using attached Forms 2 and 3
