Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRD) No. CB-MEDIAD (FI) 81-2058 dated 20 April 1981, evidencing registration of then initial assigned capital of Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan in its Manila Branch has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or profits remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
