SUBJECT : AMENDMENT TO THE GAMING SITE REGULATORY MANUALS FOR ELECTRONIC, BINGO AND POKER GAMES ON THE CONTINUING VALIDITY OF LETTER OF NO OBJECTION (LONO)
Please be advised that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved in its meeting held on March 7, 2018 the amendments to the Gaming Site Regulatory Manuals (GSRM) for the following: 1. Deletion of Section 1 (b) of the GSRMs which requires the certification of 2 Deletion of the second paragraph under Section 1 (a) of the GSRM for Poker continuing validity of LONO requirement, and
Games which states that, if LONO is not yet available at the time of with the Local Government Unit (LGU) requirements for all gaming activities,l i.e. electronic, bingo and poker games. the Council and a letter of consent from the Mayor, in order to be consistent application, the applicant must submit a copy of duly received application with
The aforementioned amendments shall be applicable, as specified, to the following regulatory manuals: A Gaming Site Regulatory Manual version 3.0 (Electronic Games);
3. Gaming Site Regulatory Manual version 2.0 (Poker Games). 2 Gaming Site Regulatory Manual version 3.0 (Bingo Games); and
