GUIDELINES FOR ALLOCATING THE LEGAL FEES COLLECTED UNDER SECTION 7(a) and (d), AND SECTION 8(a) and (b), RULE 141, OF THE RULES OF COURT, AS AMENDED, PURSUANT TO ADM. CIRCULAR NO. 11-94 DATED JUNE 28, 1994

Pursuant to the amendments to Sec. 7(a) and (d) and Sec. 8(a) and (b), Rule 141, Rules of Court, effective August 1, 1994, in view of the expanded jurisdiction of the lower courts under RA No. 7611 the following guidelines for allocating the legal fees collected under said rule between the General Fund and the Judiciary Development Fund are hereby issued:
