AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUSTICES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE COURT OF APPEALS, COURT OF TAX APPEALS AND SANDIGANBAYAN AND SELECTED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE PERSONNEL IN THE CONSULTATION ON THE FIRST DRAFT DESIGN REPORT OF ADB TA 3693

In support of the Reform Program of the Judiciary, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is providing technical assistance to the Supreme Court to strengthen judicial independence. One of the outputs of this Technical Assistance is a Design Report that provides reform recommendations to support the reform goal of strengthening the independence, accountability and efficiency of the Judiciary. The ADB, Program Management Office and the Consultants' Team are conducting consultations to discuss the proposed reforms and solicit feedback from stakeholders of the judicial system.
