For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Third Division dated April 2, 2007, in Administrative Case No. 6051 entitled, "Celia A. Posidio vs. Atty. Jeremias R. Vitan", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Jeremias R. Vitan is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (1) year effective from notice, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts will be dealt with more severely."

Copy of the decision was received by counsel for respondent on April 18,2007 per Registry Return Receipt No. 39712.
