TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RTC CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT: SIXTH MEETING ON 5 APRIL 2002 AT MANILA

The National Officers and Members of the Board of Directors of the RTC Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines will have their sixth meeting on 5 April 2002 at Barrio Fiesta, Ermita, Manila.

All concerned are authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the business of the court on the said date.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
