SUBJECT Evaluation of the Performance of Public Attorneys

The Public Attorney's Office of the Department of Justice is undertaking an objective assessment of the performance of the Public Attorneys. Chief Public Attorney Carina J. Demaisip has requested the assistance of this Office in circularizing among the judges, for accomplishment, the performance evaluation form for the Public Attorneys who appear before the courts.

In this relation, all judges are hereby requested to accomplish the enclosed copy of the "Public Attorney's Evaluation Form" and transmit the same to the Chief Public Attorney at the following address:

Office of the Public Attorney DOJ Agencies Bldg. NIA Road corner East Avenue Diliman 1104 Quezon City.

Should there be need for additional copies of the "Public Attorney's Evaluation Form" owing to the number of Public Attorneys who appear before the courts, such form can be reproduced.
