TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PWJA)

SUBJECT : 19TH PWJA ANNUAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON MARCH 5 TO 7, 2014 AT THE MANILA HOTEL, MANILA

The Philippine Women Judges Association (PWJA) will hold its 19lh Annual Convention/Seminar on March 5 to 7, 2014 at The Manila Hotel, Manila, with the theme "Women Judges Keeping Up with Information Technology."

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the annual convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Expenses to be incurred by lower court judges shall be chargeable to local funds if authorized and available. Further, lower court judges shall see to it that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Tita Marilyn Payoyo-Villordon, Secretary of the Association, shall submit a report and a complete list of all officers and members who attended the event to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
