SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. VICTOR REY SANTOS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 15 February 2017 of the Special Second Division in Administrative Case No. 10583, entitled "Roberto Bernardino v. Atty. Victor Rey Santos,” and Administrative Case No. 10584, entitled "Atty. Jose Mangaster Caringal v. Atty. Victor Rey Santos," to wit:

WHEREFORE, we-ACCEPT and ADOPT the Report and Recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant. The order of suspension of Atty. Victor Rey Santos from the practice of law for one year is hereby LIFTED. Atty. Victor Rey Santos is ALLOWED to RESUME his practice of law. Atty. Victor Rey Santos' Comment dated September 17, 2016, in compliance with the Resolution dated August 17, 2016, is also considered as SATISFACTORY.
