TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT : SEMINARS ON A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC OR THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE

The Working Vice-Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts, in cooperation with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), will hold a series of seminars on A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC or the Judicial Affidavit Rule on the dates and at the venues specified below:

December 7, 2012 IBP Cagayan Cagayan Ivory Hotel Convention Hall, Tuguegarao City

All judges stationed at or near the venues above-cited are hereby authorized to attend the scheduled seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the Judges who attended the seminars to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminars.
