TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: MONTHLY MEETINGS ON APRIL 19, 2013 AND MAY 29, 2013 AT MAKATI CITY AND CEBU CITY, RESPECTIVELY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their monthly meetings on April 19, 2013 and May 29, 2013 at Makati City and Cebu City, respectively.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha A. Aquino, Secretary General of the Association, shall submit reports regarding the conduct of every meeting (including the complete lists of the judges who attended the same) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from every conclusion thereof.
