SUBJECT:

15TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 09 TO 11 MAY 2012 AT PUERTO PRINCESA CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold their 15th National Convention on 09 to 11 May 2012 at Puerto Princesa City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
