For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the full text of the Memorandum of Agreement between the BIR and the National Library of the Philippines. that will implement the use of the Koha Integrated Library System in the BIR Library.

All revenue officers, employees and others concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular the widest dissemination and publicity possible.
