For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials and others concerned attached herewith as Annex A is the Advisory No.01 Series of 2020 of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) for the adoption of Fast-Track Measures During the COVID-19 State of Calamity
All internal revenue officials and employees are enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
