SUBJECT

JOINT CONVENTION ON THE "LAW IN THE LIGHT OF RAPED ECONONIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES" ON FEBRUARY 23-25, 1999 ATTHE MANILA MIDTOWN HOTEL, ERMITA, MANILA

The regions of Northern, and Central Luzon as well as the National Capital Region of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (TBP) will hold a Joint Convention on the "Law in the Light of Rapid Economic and Technological Changes" on February 23-25 to be held at the Manila Midtown Hotel, Ermita, Manila.

The Judges and Clerks of Courts in the aforementioned areas who are interested may attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME . Participants may avail themselves of financial assistance that the local government may offer.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the convention.
