For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the pertinent portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 25 September 2013, in Administrative Case No. 10017, entitled "Catherine Viacrusis Villarente v. Atty. Benigno C. Villarente, Jr.," to wit:

Accordingly, the Court SUSPENDS respondent Atty. Benigno C. Villarente for one (1) year from the practice of law, with a stern warning that should evidence surface that his alleged conduct be proven to be grossly immoral conduct, the matter will be dealt with more severely.
