ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND LAWYERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES IN EASTERN VISAYAS

SUBJECT:

IBP EASTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL CONVENTION ON MARCH 11-13, 2010

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Bohol Chapter wiil host the IBP Eastern Visayas Regional Convention on March 11 to 13, 2010 at the Bohol Tropics Resort, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mitchell John L. Boiser, President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Bohol Chapter shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the completion of the convention. 2010.

This Circular amends OCA Circular 14-2010 dated January 29,

March 11, 2010.
