For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 17 October 2008, in Administrative Case No. 1481, entitled "Rebecca B. Amobit vs. Atty. Ponclano P. Arnobit ", to wit:

WHEREFORE , Atty. Ponciano P. Arnobit is hereby DISBARRED . Let a copy of this Decision be entered into the records of respondent in the Office of the Bar Confidant and his name stricken from the Roll of Attorneys. Likewise, copies of this Decision shall be furnished the IBP and circulated by the Court Administrator to all appellate and trial courts."

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 3 February 2009, the Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the Notice of Judgment dated 17 October 2008 addressed to respondent at Pugo Road, Centra! West, Bauang, 2501 La Union, which Notice of Judgment was returned unserved with notation 'RTS-Deceased.'
