TO: All Executive Judges of the First and Second Level Courts

SUBJECT: Appropriate Subject Matter for the Judicial Career Enhancement Program

In preparation for the proposed discussion with PHILJA Officials on October 14, 15 & 16, 2009 during the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) Convention, you are hereby directed to meet with the judges within your respective area of administrative supervision to secure suggestions/opinions on the appropriate subject matter for the Judicial Career Enhancement Program.

A report on the action taken thereon shall be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator within fifteen (15) days from notice.
