TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND ADVISERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC. (PACSWI)

SUBJECT : NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING ON 13-14 JUNE 2019 IN DAVAO CITY

The National Officers and Advisers of the Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold their National Executive Board Meeting on 13-14 June 2019 in Davao City.

In connection therewith, the, national officers and advisers of the PACSWI are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and their respective case assignments are properly managed.

Ms. Jeanelyn G. Ledesma, National President of PACSWI, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting, with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 34A-2019 dated 21 March 2019.
