ALL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON MARCH 27, 2009 IN TACLOBAN CITY

The Officers and Board of Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a regular monthly meeting on March 27, 2009 at 6:30 pm at Leyte Park Hotel, Tacloban City, Leyle.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
