TO : THE NEWLY ELECTED NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : OATH TAKING CEREMONY AND BOARD MEETING ON FEBRUARY 12,13 AND 14, 2014 IN MANILA

The newly elected national officers and board of directors of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of Philippines (FLECCAP) will take their oath of office on February 12, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. and will hold their board meeting on February 13 and 14, 2014, both activities to be held in Manila.

All concerned arc hereby authorized to attend the oath taking ceremony and board meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, National President of the association, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities with a complete list of all court personnel who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
