SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. LEVI P. MUNOZ FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 24 January 2017 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 5582 entitled "Arthur O. Monares v. Atty. Levi P. Munoz, Administrative Case No. 5604 entitled "Albay Electric Cooperative, Inc. v. Atty. Levi P. Munoz, and Administrative Case No. 5652 entitled "Benjilieh M. Constante v. Atty. Levi P. Munoz," to, wit:

WHEREFORE, Atty. Levi P. Munoz is found GUILTY of gross misconduct and violation of Rules 1.0 1, 6.02, 15.01 and 15.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. He is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of three (3) years effective upon receipt of this Decision, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of any violation hereunder shall be dealt with more severely

Respondent received a copy of the aforesaid Decision on 28 May 2017, as stated in the motion to withdraw on grounds of the 3- year suspension from the practice of law, which he filed in Sp. Civil Action No. T-2747 entitled, "Sps. Celedonio, et al. v. Lorenzo Gonzales, et al., before the RTC, Branch 17, Tabaco City, Albay.
