In the exigencies of the Regular LT Audit II and in view of Division Chief Wilfredo S. Reyes travel abroad from December 29, 2023 to January 2, 2024, Assistant Division Chief Aurelio Agustin T. Zamora is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge from December 29, 2023 to January 2, 2024, be authorized to sign the following documents:

1.Notice of Discrepancy (NOD) 2. Memorandum Report for NOD, PAN, FLD, and FDDA 3 Checklist of Requirements and First Notice for Presentation of Records and/or

Documents 4 Second and Final Notice for Presentation of Records and/or Documents 5. ONETT Computation Sheet 6. VAT Zero-Rating Application

8. Certificate of Deductibility of Goods Destructed 7. Memorandum of Assignment

11. Current Personnel Strength 13. Other documents being issued and signed by the Chief of the Division in the ordinary 9.Certificate of Tax Liabilities 10. Summary Report of Attendance 12. Daily Time Records course of its operations.

This order shall take effect on December 29, 2023.
