AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT OR CLERKS IN CHARGE OF MUNCIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES AND MUNCIAL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION IV IN THE TRAINING ON THE SMALL CLAIMS CASE MONITORING SYSTEM

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in coordination with the Office of the Court Administrator and the Program Management Office, and in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, will conduct the Training on the Small Claims Case Monitoring System (SC2MS) on October 14, 2011 at the Traders Hotel, Pasay City.

The Branch Clerk of Court or the Clerk in Charge of the Municipal Trial Courts in Cities and Municipal Trial Courts of Region IV are the designated participants.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

Any communication relating to the training activity shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Taft Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
