DIRECTING SHARI'A COURTS JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEMINAR ON SHARI'A INDIGENOUS AND LOCAL JUSTICE SYSTEM

INDIGENOUS AND LOCAL JUSTICE SYSTEM The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Mindanao Economic Development Council (MEDCo), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Supreme Court, will conduct a Seminar on Shari'a, Indigenous and Local Justice System from 14 to 15 December at the Dynasty Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

The following Shari'a Courts Judges and Clerks of Court are required to participate in the seminar:

Attendance in this seminar is be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
