OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) IN REGION 8

SUBJECT:

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON MAY 5 TO 6, 2011 AT THE BALYUAN CONVENTION CENTER, TACLOBAN CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) of Regions 8 will hold its Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on May 5 to 6, 2011 at the Balyuan Convention Center, Tacloban City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
