AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON COMBATING CYBERCRIME IN THE PHILIPPINES

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 83-2012, Hon. GERMANO FRANCISCO LEGASPI, RTC Br. 13, Manila and Hon. ETHEL GUTAY-MERCADO, RTC Br. 137, Makati City are hereby authorized to attend the "Seminar-Workshop on Combating Cybercrime in the Philippines" which will be held on September 27-28, 2012, at the Diamond Hotel, Roxas Boulevard cor. J. Quintos Street, Manila.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
