CONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE ON THE REVISION OF THE RULES OF COURT TO DRAFT THE RULES ON E-COMMERCE LAW (R.A. NO. 8792)
Upon the recommendation of Mr. Justice Reynato S. Puno, Chairman of the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court, the following are hereby named as its members for the purpose of drafting the Rules on E-Commerce Law (R.A. No. 8792):
Mr. Justice Jose Feria (ret.) -- Vice Chairman
Mr. Justice Oscar Herrera (ret.) -- Consultant
Former Mr. Justice Jesus Elbinia's -- Member
Former Solicitor General Ricardo Galvez -- Member
Mr. Justice Hilarion Aquino -- Member
Atty. Francis Lim -- Member
Atty. German Legaspi and Mrs. Lida Pilapil, shall act as secretary and stenographer of the Committee.
This Administrative Circular shall take effect as of 1 March 2001.
