AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF ACTION PROGRAM FOR JUDICIAL REFORM (APJR) ADVOCACY WORKSHOP IN THE LOWER COURTS OF TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL AND THE ATTENDANCE OF THE PERSONNEL THEREIN

As part of the information dissemination campaign for the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR), the Program Management Office (PMO) has scheduled Advocacy Workshops in the different judicial regions in the country. The workshops aim to inter aliar . (1) deepen the understanding of the APJR and its implications; (2) generate support and commitment to implement and sustain the reform objectives and activities and widen its support base; (3) mobilize commitment to implement and sustain the reform objectives and activities; and (4) secure from the stakeholders confirmation of their engagement in, and commitment to, the objectives of the APJR.

The workshop in Tagbilaran City will be held on 10-11 April 2003 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bohol Plaza Resort and Restaurant, Panglao Island, Dayo Hill, Dauis, Bohol.

Participation in said workshop shall be on official time. Expenses related to this workshop such as food, accommodation, and other miscellaneous expenses shall be charged to the World Bank PHRD Grant; however, transportation, expense allowances, supplies and materials, gasoline and other contingencies shall be charged to the GOP counterpart fund of the PMO. Above-named participants are requested to give priority to the undertaking.
