ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. IN REGION 3

SUBJECTS:

1 st REGIONAL ASSEMBLY ON NOVEMBER 28, 2003 AT OLONGAPO CITY

The Regional Assembly of the Court. Interpreter's of Region 3 in affiliation with the Philippine Association of Court. Interpreters, .Inc., scheduled on June 30, 2003 has been postponed to November 28, 2003 at Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to/this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.

This amends OCA Circular No. 53-2003.
