The said policy is in accordance with the established practice of the general economic conditions of both the livelihooa of FDHs and the affordability of employers. The following are the changes imposed by the HKSAR
Monthly Wage Particulars HKD4.730 or Php 36.917.65 From HKD 4870 or Php38.010.35 To
Food Allowance HKD 1,196 or Php 9,334.78 HKD1,236 or Php 9,646.98
These changes are applicable to FDHs whose contracts have been signed on or after 30 September 2023.Meanwhile,contracts that have been verified by the Migrant Workers Office in Hong Kong on or before 29 September 2023 which reflects the previous MAW and food allowance shall remain valid and effective
