ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, DAVAO DEL NORTE AND DAVAO DEL SUR

SUBJECT: GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON 14 AND 15 DECEMBER 2000 IN DAVAO CITY

The U.P. institute of Judicial Administration (UPIJA) and the integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) - Davao City Chapter will hold a two-day IBP-UP Law Center Seminar on 14 and 15 December 2000 in Davao City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within, ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
