For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 23 September 2005, in Administrative Case No. 6597 entitled, "Eduardo M. Dizon vs. Atty. Francisco S. Laurente" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Francisco S. Laurente from the practice of law for three (3) months, effective upon receipt of the decision.

The decision was received by the respondent per Registry Return Receipt no. 38076.
