AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION ON THE JUDICIAL REFORM PROGRAM IN THE ANGELES CITY HALL OF JUSTICE AND PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED COURT PERSONNEL THEREIN
As part of the information dissemination campaign for the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR) and the Judicial Reform Support Project under the World Bank, the Program Management Office (PMO) has scheduled Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in the six (6) proposed pilot sites located in Angeles City, Imus-Cavite, Lapulapu City-Cebu, Bacolod City, Davao City and Cagayan de Oro City.
These FGDs aim to: 1) orient stakeholders in the six pilot courts on the APJR and deepen their understanding of the APJR and its implications; 2) mobilize commitment to implement and sustain the reform objectives and activities; 3) secure from the six pilot courts, confirmation of their engagement in, and commitment to, the objectives of the APJR, especially the institutional development component; 4) generate support to the APJR; and 5) validate the feasibility study on the proposed renovation/construction of the Hall of Justice, identify gaps (if any) and generate inputs to the finalization of the feasibility study.
The FGD in Angeles City will be held on 20-21 January 2003 at the Oasis Hotel, Clarkville Compound, Clark Perimeter Road, Balibago, Angeles City. The following court personnel are hereby authorized to participate:

Participation in said FGD shall be on official time. All expenses related to this workshop shall be charged to the PHRD Grant and the GOP Counterpart of the Program Management Office (PMO). Above-named participants are requested to give priority to the undertaking.
