SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS OF ATTY. ROBERTO E. EXAMEN AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM REAPPOINTMENT AS NOTARY PUBLIC FOR TWO (2) YEARS AND REVOCATION OF HIS NOTARIAL COMMISSION

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Supreme Court En Banc dated 24 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 10132 entitled "Heirs of Pedro Alilano represented by David Alilano vs. Atty. Roberto E. Examen" to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Roberto E. Examen is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for TWO (2) YEARS. In addition, his present notarial commission, if any, is hereby REVOKED, and he is DISQUALIFIED from reappointment as a notary public for a period of two (2) years from finality of this Decision. He is further WARNED that any similar act or infraction in the future shall be dealt with more severely.

Respondent received on 11 May 2015 the said Decision.
