Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 95-00899 dated October 9, 1995 evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Asta Medica Aktiengesellschaft of Germany in Asta Medica Philippines, Inc. (now: Transfarma Philippines, Inc.) has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
