TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND LEGAL RESERCHERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF BATANES, CAGAYAN, IFUGAO, ISABELA, KALINGA, APAYAO, NUEVA VIZCAYA AND QUIRINO

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON 28 AND 29 MAY 2001 IN TUGUEGARAO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Cagayan Chapter will sponsor a General Law Practice Institute to be conducted by the UP Institute of Judicial Administration on 28 and 29 May 2001 in Tuguegarao City.

Judges, Clerks of Court and Legal Researchers are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS CHARGEABLE TO LOCAL FUNDS IF AUTHORIZED AND AVAILABLE but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
