SUBJECT :

DIALOGUE, WITH THE ASSOCIATION OF CHILD CARING AGENCIES OF THE PHILIPPINES (ACCAP)

The Association of Child Caring Agencies of the Philippines (ACCAP) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development will hold a dialogue on "A Child Cannot Wait. His Name Is Today" on July 25, 2003 at the Manila Pavilion Hotel, UN Avenue, Manila from 9:00 to 4:00 P.M.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submit within ten (10) days from date of said affair.
