SUBJECT:

TRAINING-SEMINAR ON JUVENILE JUSTICE THEORY AND PRACTICE ON SEPTEMBER 17 and 18, 2003 AT MONTEBELLO HOTEL, CEBU CITY

The Adhikain Para sa Karapatang Pambata of the Ateneo Human Rights Center (AKAP-AHRC) and Save the Children - UK (SCF-UK) will conduct a follow through training for the 4 pillars of justice system entitled "Diversion: Theory and Practice" to be held on September 17 and 18, 2003 at Montebello Hotel, Cebu City.

In addition to those already authorized to attend pursuant to OCA Circular No. 121-2003 dated 5 September 2003, the following are authorized to attend the said seminar, on OFFICIAL TIME, to wit:

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
