SUBJECT : Publishing the full text of the letter from the Food and Drug

Administration (FDA) of the Department of Health (DOH) containing the

"List of Prescription Drugs and Medicines for Diabetes, High-Cholesterol

and Hypertension Exempt from VAT beginning January 27, 2020

pursuant to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 11467

concerned, attached is the letter dated March 2, 2020 from Rolando Enrique D. Domingo,

Undersecretary of Health and Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Director General of FDA, and the copy

of the List of Prescription Drugs and Medicines for Diabetes, High-Cholesterol and

Hypertension Exempt from VAT beginning January 27, 2020".
