REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7286 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL OF SOUTH COTABATO FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The provincial hospital of South Cotabato located in the capital town of Koronadal is hereby expanded from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds.

SEC 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
